DataBiox is a place for sharing applications of AI / ML & data science in Biological and Medical Sciences.
Our first prepared data set is related to breast cancer, Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC). This data set has been collected from pathological biopsy samples of 150 patients (Grade I, II and III) who were referred to Anahid Clinic and Pour Sina Hakim Digestive Diseases Research Center, Isfahan University of Medical Science, during 2014-2019. Each pathological sample in data set has four level of magnification: 4x, 10x, 20x and 40x. 3D-EUS-PAF Dataset, A 3D Endoanal Ultrasound Image Dataset for Assessment of Peri-Anal Fistulas and Abscesses is now online and available!
3D-EUS-PAF dataset includes 160 Three-dimensional endoanal ultrasound images related to 34 patients. This dataset can be used by artificial intelligence (machine learning and deep learning algorithms) for diagnosis, classification, localization and segmentation of 7 classes that are available in the dataset: 1- Intersphincteric Fistula, 2- Intersphincteric Abscess, 3- Transsphincteric Fistula, 4- Suprasphincteric Fistula, 5- Perianal Fistula, 6- Ischiorectal Abscess, 7- Supralevator Abscess.

ERCPMPv1 Dataset is now online and available!
ERCPMPv1 is an Endoscopic Image and Video Dataset for Recognition of Colorectal Polyps Morphology and Pathology. This dataset contains demographic, morphological and pathological data, endoscopic images and videos of 192 patients with colorectal polyps. Morphological data is included based on the latest international gastroenterology classification references such as Paris, Pit and JNET classification. Pathological data includes the diagnosis of the polyps including Tubular, Villous, Tubulovillous, Hyperplastic, Serrated, Inflammatory and Adenocarcinoma with Dysplasia Grade & Differentiation.

HRCTv1-COVID-19 Image Dataset is now online!
A High Resolution Chest CT-Scan Image Dataset for COVID-19 Diagnosis and Differentiation from 395 cases(197 female, 193 Male, 5 Not Specified), 181,106 Images with three labels of diagnosis: GGO (N = 288), Crazy Paving (N = 57) and Air Space Consolidation (N = 27). CHMMOTv1 – Cardiac and Hepatic Multi-Echo (T2*) MRI Images and Clinical Dataset for Iron Overload on Thalassemia Patients
The dataset included 124 patients (67 women and 57 men) with a THM age range of (5-52) years. In addition, patients were divided into two groups: with follow-up (1-5 times) at time intervals of about (5-6) months and without follow-up. Also, T2* and, R2* values, the results of the cardiac and hepatic report (normal, mild, moderate, severe, and very severe), and laboratory tests including Ferritin, Bilirubin (D, and T), AST, ALT, and ALP levels were provided as an Excel file.
